1Cucharada de Jengibre Fresco rallado
½Cucharadita de Cúrcuma fresca rallada o 1/4 en polvo
1Cucharada de penca de Aloe Vera (puedes sustituir por jugo de aloe vera sin azúcar)
¼Taza de Agua Filtrada (puedes agregar más agua si necesitas)
½Cucharadita Miel Manuka (opcional)

Coloca todos los ingredientes en la licuadora y mezcla bien.

Una vez listo, lo viertes en una vaso pequeño y te lo tomas!
